How do I create an account?
Simply click on the "Register Now" from the home page or "Register/Update Profile" from any other page. You will be prompted to complete your contact information. It’s that easy.

Once I create an account, am I automatically a member?
No. There will be a period while we verify your previous employment before your membership is activated.

How do I change my profile information?
If you need to change your profile information at a later date, simply click on the "Update Profile" link on our home page or the "Register/Update Profile" link on any other page. Make your change and it will be automatically saved.

Why can’t I log into my account?
If you have any difficulty, e-mail issues to reconnexions@sodexo.com. A representative will be glad to assist you with any technical difficulties that you may encounter.

What qualifies me for a Reconnexions membership?
Reconnexions is open to all salaried former employees of Sodexo.
